Welcome John and his group, who will be hosting races at the Boyd County Fairgrounds as part of the Boyd County Fair in Coalton, Kentucky. Says John:

Our group includes fair board members, livestock club volunteers, a technical college diesel mechanics teacher who is also an amateur drag racer and the local agriculture extension agent.

Our track will be built inside the demolition derby pit. The 150 x 150 put is submerged four feet below the spectator area with large earth moving tires buried in the sidewalls surrounding the pit. There are permanent and temporary seating areas for approximately 2,000 spectators with room for about that many in the standing room only areas.

Have mow fun at the Boyd County Fair, Wednesday, July 27 with tracing in Stock, JP, IMOW Prepared/Modified and FX Classes. Entry fee is $25.00
