The U.S. Lawn Mower Racing Association (USLMRA) has announced that it will bring its 23rd annual STA-BIL National Lawn Mower Racing Series Championships to Charlotte Motor Speedway Saturday, Sept. 26 as part of Fall AutoFair and will rename the event the STA-BIL 360° Performance Nationals.

The 2015 STA-BIL 360° Performance Nationals will determine champions in 11 classes who race at speeds of up to 60 mph with all blares removed. Racers compete for trophies, glory and bragging rights.

Fall AutoFair will also feature the national Terracross Championships, Sept. 26-27 and annual induction ceremonies for the USLMRA Lawn Mower Racing Hall of Fame.

“We are thrilled to be back at Charlotte Motor Speedway for our 23rd STA-BIL Series Championships,” said Bruce Kaufman USLMRA President and “Mr. Mow It All.” “We’ve enjoyed great racing at Charlotte for the past three years, and we plan to continue the ‘mowmentum’ this September!”

Racers from 20 states are scheduled to compete including sod slingers from the Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Mason-Dixon, Michigan and Tennessee Lawn Racing Associations as well as from local lawn mower racing tracks across the country. Racers include The Ace of Blades, The Garden Gangster, Turfinator, and Sodzilla.
