FansChoice.tv and the STA-BIL National Lawn Mower Racing Series are taking to the turf for a live internet stream of the U.S. Lawn Mower Racing Association STA-BIL National Points Race on Saturday, April 11 from Auto Fair at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
From 11:00 am – 5:30 pm eastern, cameras will capture more than 120 mowers in 11 classes at speeds up to 60 mph rockin’ and mowin’ on a specially constructed dirt oval at the fifth-mile track just outside of Turn 3.
“The Charlotte Spring AutoFair race continues to kick grass for Turf Titans across the country,” said Bruce Kaufman, “Mr. Mow It All,” president of the U.S. Lawn Mower Racing Association. “Teaming up with FansChoice.tv is another reason I’m mowtivated to return to the legendary Charlotte Motor Speedway!”
The Charlotte Motor Speedway AutoFair annually attracts more than 100,000 visitors, features nearly 50 car club displays and offers a surplus of automotive parts and memorabilia for sale or trade. There’s also a collector car auction conducted by Dealer Auctions Inc. and more than 1,500 collectible vehicles of all makes and models will be available for sale in the car corral that rings the 1.5-mile superspeedway.
