If a USLMRA member would like to nominate someone for one of the end-of-the-year awards, please provide the required information below.  All nominations will remain anonymous.  Please use one voting form per voting USLMRA member.  A USLMRA member who nominates someone more than once for each award will disqualify their vote.  NOTE:  A RACER CAN ONLY WIN EACH AWARD ONE TIME.

 The Fellowship Award, Via Written Essay

Named in honor of the late Charles Powell “Mr. Mowjangles”  This award is to be presented to an individual who displays the knowledge, drive and energy to support and help with the growth of lawnmower racing and is a good fellow to the racing community. Devoting his personal time, resources and knowledge are just a few of the qualities that a candidate must display in their efforts toward the sport whether it’s in support or hosting an event at either a local or national level.

The Mowtivation Award, Via Written Essyay

Named in honor of the Late Dave HertelThis award is to be presented to an individual who is always mowtivated and takes time to assist racers as a pit crew member, doing whatever necessary to get the job done on race day and one who displays the knowledge and energy that sets the example for all racers to follow. But the most importantly displays the knowledge and energy that sets the example for all racers to follow.  

The Everyman Award, Via Written Essay

Named in the honor of the late Garrett Gray “Dubba G” This award is to be presented to an individual who displays dedication, integrity and conviction to stand up for what they believe, even when unpopular. Always has a positive attitude. Always willing to help other racers, general knowledge of what’s going on race day, always comes to the track prepared to race, and most importantly is their sense of fair play.

 The Crew Chief Award, Via Written Essay 

Named in honor of the late Mace Mullins

This award is to be presented to an individual who always takes the time to assist racers as a pit crew member. Doing whatever necessary to have Race Mowers ready come race day and one who displays the knowledge and energy that sets the example for all racers.
